When will my order arrive?

We ship all orders promptly after receipt of payment via DHL. As a rule, it takes approx. 1-3 working days for your order to arrive within Germany. Shipping to other EU countries takes approx. 3-7 working days.

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days after shipping, we will be happy to place a tracking request with DHL and check the shipment status again from our end. In this case, you can simply send an email with the order number to info@inveno-shop.de.

Wie hoch sind die Versandkosten?

We offer free standard shipping within Germany for orders over € 50.00.
For orders under € 50.00 we charge shipping costs of € 4.99.

For orders to the EU we charge shipping costs of € 13.99. For orders outside the EU we charge shipping costs of € 24.99 - € 49.99.

Where can I check my shipment status?

As soon as we have packed and prepared your order for shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. In this email you will find your shipment number and the link to track your shipment.

How do I complain about an item?

If an item in your order is damaged, does not meet your expectations in terms of quality or a material defect occurs after using the item, please contact our customer service immediately.

  • Write an e-mail with your order number in the subject line to info@inveno-shop.de.
  • Give us a description of the defect and how it occurred.
  • Include at least one photo in which the defect is clearly visible.
  • After receiving your e-mail, we will get back to you as soon as possible.

How can I cancel my order or return an item?

At inveno-shop.de you have the option of returning items within 14 days of receiving the goods. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Send us an e-mail to info@inveno-shop.de with the subject: "Return" and include your order number. You are not obliged to give a reason for the return, but your feedback will help us to improve our products and service.
  2. Pack the items carefully in the original packaging and in perfect condition.
  3. Send the package to the specified return address:

Please note that you as the customer bear the shipping costs for returning the items.

Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will refund the full purchase amount of the returned items to the payment method used to place the order. The refund should be made within 2-3 working days from the date of receipt of the package in our warehouse.
