Please read our shipping and delivery policy carefully when you purchase our products. This policy applies to every order you place with us.


Shipping and delivery options
We offer standard shipping within the EU and select other countries. In some cases, a third party vendor manages our inventory and is responsible for shipping your products.

Shipping costs
We offer free standard shipping within Germany for orders over € 50.
For orders with a value of goods below € 50,- we charge shipping costs of € 4,99.

For orders to the EU* we charge shipping costs of €13,99. For orders outside the EU we charge shipping costs of €19,99.

EU	€ 13,99
Rest of the World	€ 19,99

Delivery time
Orders to Germany received by 12:00 noon Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will usually arrive the next day. Under certain circumstances delays may occur.
